• Simply download and fill-up legibly the Client Account Information Form (CAIF) that can be found on the “Download Forms” tab and together with the photocopy of two (2) valid Ids. Or you can simply “Fill Up Online” on the third tab. Below are the lists of valid IDs:

For individual account(s)

1. List of Primary IDs:

1. Passport
2. TIN (new)
3. Driver’s license
4. Unified Government Issued ID
5. SSS
6. PRC
7. GSIS

2. Secondary ID’s

1. Postal Id
2. Senior Citizen Card
3. ATM Card
4. Foreign Driver’s License
5. Voter’s ID
6. Credit Card/ Debit Card
7. Company IDACR (Alien Certificate of Registration)

For Corporate / Institutional

1. Certified True Copy of Certificate of Registration
2. Certified true Copy of Articles of Incorporation & By Laws
3. Certified True Copy of Latest Audited Financial Statements
4. Board Resolution Authorizing the Corporation to Invest in securities / stocks and engage the services of the VC Securities Corp. As stock broker
5. Secretary’s Certificate designating the authorized signatories to transact for the Corporation and sign / endorse certificates
6. List of authorized traders/ dealers/ salesman and their specimen signature, if applicable
7. List of Authorized representatives for pick up/ receive checks/ documents and their specimen signature
8. Two (2) valid ID’s of authorized signatories

• Then send to our office VC Securities Corporation  at 6th floor Wilson Corporate Center, 225 Wilson St., Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila

• Or simply head over to our Corporate Office located at the 6th floor, Wilson Corporate Center, 225 Wilson St., Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila

• Approval of the account within one (1) day processing upon the validation and completion of requirements

• The initial investment is Php 10,000 that will be used for the purchase of your stocks.

• Once VC SEC trade account has been opened and your account has been funded, you can begin trading.

• For stock trading, you can buy or sell any issue listed at the Philippine Stock Exchange (almost 200 listed companies )
